Sauna world, swimming pool, whirlpool

In-door swimming pool is equipped with massaging jets and contra-flow. Water temperature is 28°C. Close to the pool you can find whirlpool for 4 - 6 people.

Sauna world and its 320 square metres is the most exclusive sauna facility in the whole region. There are several types of saunas and treatments to give you warmth and pleasant feeling to soothe your body and mind there. Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, steam sauna, steam-salt sauna, Kneipp treading path, tepidarium are here to give you the warmth and soothe you body and mind.

To cool down your body after using saunas there is an Ice room (a machine with ice chips), tropical rain (aroma shower with soothing sounds and lights), the cooling down pool, pour over bucket and showers.

Recondition massage – from 350 CZK - "hands-on" therapy which helps relieving muscle tension influences the activity of the musculoskeletal, circulatory and lymphatic systems. It has also an important beneficial effect on the psyche.

Lymphatic massage – 900 CZK - strengthens the immune system, helps to drain excess water from the body, and forms the basis for effective treatment of cellulite.

Cellulites complex care – by 950 CZK - follows the lymphatic massage, effective treatment of cellulite.

Foot reflexology – from 380 CZK - reflex massage of body meridians or energy lines that link the foot to all the body organs. It is a pleasant and soft treatment method applied to all sorts of problems. It helps induce deep relaxation and in this condition, the body has a chance for self-treatment and functions more effectively.

Hot lava stones massage – from 1000 CZK- is the most relaxing and calming massage. Hot volcanic rocks have the property of heat accumulation and vibration. Thanks to these qualities they improve the flow of energy in your body, relax your mind and helps release tight muscles. This massage has a beneficial effect on the circulatory, lymphatic and immunity system and improves the metabolism.

Aroma massage – from 700 CZK - full of pleasant relaxation aroma, coupled with the therapeutic effect of essential oils. Diluted in a suitable essential oils penetrate all layers of the skin and works on our body, helping to eliminate physical problems, but also affect the psychological balance. Effect of gentle massage is deeply relaxing invigorating and refreshing at the same time.

Chocolate massage - 1050 CZK - a chocolate relaxation massage is much more than a luxury procedure. Chocolate contains many important elements that the human organism requires, including vitamins, amino acids, minerals and polyphones, which are well known for their antioxidant properties. The cocoa contained in chocolate prevents permeation of free radicals. It has calming and gently stimulating effects, which reduce stress and nervous tension. It also makes you feel rested and relaxes tense muscles.
